Happy 10-Year Anniversary to Caribbean IP!

Today, December 17, 2024, marks ten years since we set out to bring a fresh perspective to intellectual property in the Caribbean, by providing a more streamlined, transparent and effective one-stop shop for the world’s biggest brands to protect and enforce their rights with ease across a region that includes some of the world’s most challenging legal systems. 

It’s been an incredible journey with many challenges and life lessons along the way, but as we sit top of all the main legal directory rankings for IP in the Caribbean region, the whole team is feeling quite proud of how far we’ve come on this special day!

On this note, Caribbean IP has recently again been recognized in the top tier of Legal 500’s cross-Caribbean Intellectual Property category, with Katherine and Patrick Hely making their exclusive Leading Partners list for IP in the Caribbean.  

We’re not stopping there though, as we strive to bring even more efficiency and clarity to IP legal services in the region in the near future. For now, a huge thank you to all our clients who have supported us along our journey – we genuinely couldn’t have done it without you!
