Judy has more than 40 years of experience helping clients, in-house counsel, and major brands protect their intellectual property rights across the globe. Prior to joining Caribbean IP, she worked for Arent Fox in Washington, D.C., where she managed large portfolios and worked with foreign counsel to file and prosecute trademark applications, file infringement actions, and enforce rights in her clients’ matters.
Her varied experience allows her to anticipate clients’ needs and develop appropriate measures when it comes to IP prosecution and enforcement in the Caribbean region. During her career, Judy has been a member of the International Trademark Association (INTA), including past committee work.
