Trademarks and service marks are eligible for registration in Trinidad and Tobago. The following rules and regulations apply:

  • Prior use: None required 

  • Classification: Nice Classification

  • Registration term: 10 years from the date of filing and renewable for 10 year periods

  • Non-use vulnerability: 5 years
